We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Talent Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in discovering and recruiting talented individuals with a passion for singing, dancing, chatting, and more, who are eager to monetize their skills on TikTok live streams. This is a commission only position.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize your social media network, connections, and outreach skills to identify potential talents.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective talents.

Collaborate with our team to onboard recruited talents.

Continuously explore new avenues for talent acquisition and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

REQUIRED: Strong social network and connections within the social media community.
